Three customers, three pricing models.
Pricing reflects how each customer captures value from a DSA closeout: per-project for architects working through their own backlog, per-engagement for specialist firms taking district work, and platform-fee + per-engagement for districts unblocking bond programs.
All pricing is currently invoice-based. Contact us to set up an engagement — we'll send a contract and invoice. Self-serve checkout coming once we close a few inaugural customers.
For architects with their own backlog
Architecture firms

Specialist Architect / Engineer firms
You're already known for closing out other architects' uncertified projects via Alt Process Type E. DSACloseout.com is your marketplace — districts post engagements, we match them to your firm, you ship signatures. Pricing has two parts: an annual platform fee, plus a per-certification success fee.
Specialist annual
Annual subscription gives your firm visibility in the marketplace, access to district engagement briefs, and full use of the drafting tools.

For school districts with blocked bond programs
School districts
Your DSA-uncertified projects are blocking new approvals (per IR A-20). DSACloseout.com handles vendor selection, project tracking, and final package assembly through the Alt Process Type E marketplace. Pricing is annual + per-engagement so it scales with how many projects you actually close.
District annual
Annual subscription includes 10 Type E engagements. Most districts have 5–15 uncertified projects in their backlog — this tier sizes for the typical engagement load.

Common questions
FAQ
- Is this all invoice-based for now?
- Yes. We're starting with invoice-based pricing so we can build relationships and tune packaging with our first customers. Self-serve checkout (Stripe) is wired into the platform but turned off for now.
- What if I just want to look around?
- Search the discovery backlog at /discover — county counts and DSA region breakdowns are free. Project-level details (DSA app numbers, school sites, original architects, closeability scores) unlock with a free email signup. No payment required to look.
- Does pricing change once Stripe goes live?
- No — the numbers above are the prices. Stripe will simplify self-serve checkout for the Self-serve and Studio tiers; Enterprise / Specialist / District stay invoice-based even after Stripe is live because the procurement processes typically require a PO.
- Refunds, cancellations?
- Self-serve per-project is non-refundable once drafting starts (we've already done the AI work). Annual subscriptions are pro-rated refundable in the first 30 days. After that, no refunds but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Type E success fees are billed only on actual certification — no charge for engagements that fall through.
