When a district initiates a marketplace match in your service area, you see it in /specialist/opportunities with a match score (0-100) and project brief.
Run the engagement
Draft DSA-312 → submit → receive DSA-313 → execute post-construction evaluation program → sign DSA-314 under penalty of perjury → DSA certifies.
